How much time do participants need to commit?

2-3 hours per month for workshops, plus 3-4 individual 1:1 coaching sessions (60 min each) spread across the program. Minimal homework—everything is designed to be applied directly on the job.

What if we have fewer than 8 participants?

We can run smaller cohorts (starting at 5 leaders) or connect you with other organizations for a cross-company cohort.

What if we have more than 8 participants?

We can run bigger cohorts. I’ll bring in additional coaches to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Can we start with a pilot before committing to the full program?

Yes. We offer pilot workshops (€1,500–€2,500) so you can experience the approach before committing to the full leadership development program.

Is the program virtual or in-person?

Both. Workshops can be delivered virtually, in-person at your office (Berlin, Barcelona, or elsewhere in Europe), or hybrid. 1:1 coaching sessions are typically remote for flexibility.
